Started the day with polenta with maple syrup and pecans with maple syrup. Had some squash and corn chips for lunch. A few hours later I steamed corn from garden. Shortly after I ate smoked lake trout. I did some stretching and meditation exercises. Made venison steak and polenta before bed. Going to drink water and take mugsy out for some fetch then go to bed.
