This is a staple recipe of our house. We seek out pumpkins every fall specifically for this recipe.
-2 cups pureed pumpkin
-1 cup broth (try homemade turkey stock)
-1 tablespoon oil
-1 cup milk (wild rice milk)
-salt to taste
Combine all ingredients well and heat up. Makes about 2 servings. Would probably be really tasty with some warm cornbread or maybe johnnycakes for dunking.
