Pumpkin/Corn Bread/Muffins

2 cups shelled pumpkin seed flour

½ cup corn meal

½ cup maple sugar

1 tsp sea salt

1 ¼ cup water

3 duck eggs

¾ cup frozen corn

Blend all together in a bowl. Pour into muffin tins and bake at 325 for 20-25 minutes.
