1/4 lb ground bison (approx)
4 wild leek bulbs and leaves
whip up the eggs and let sit with lid on for a minute. add bison and leeks and sprinkle with salt. Flip over at least two times to make sure it cooks through. It probably would have been awesome if I ate it at home. But the car ride made it cool off and i had to microwave it which unfortunately made the egg a bit rubbery.
