We added a few ingredients to make the burgers a little more flavorful.
1lb ground bison burger
1 duck egg
sprinkling of sea salt
finely cut leeks - I used less than one tablespoon
sunflower oil spray for the frying pan
mix all ingredients together very well. shape into burgers or meatballs. Spray frying pan with sunflower oil - bison burger has little oil in it and may stick to pan. Cook on medium-high temperature. These burgers will cook quickly. Keep an eye on them. Enjoy!
