Started the day with polenta and went to the gym. At the gym I 4 sets of dumbbell press, 4 sets of cable chest flies low, 4 sets of cable chest flies high, and 3 sets of side to side pushups on the bosu ball until failure. I then went into the sauna and did a 30 minutes of yoga to get loose. When I returned home I ate a whole smoked whitefish and raspberries. In the late afternoon I ate some corn chips. In the evening I ate a whole package of raspberries, sunflower seeds, and wild rice.
