I plan on going for a commitment level of 25%. I usually eat about 3 meals a day, with some snacking on fruits and vegetables in between. I would like to start the project off by making my dinners completely indigenous. I tend to have more time to prepare dinner than any other meal. I was also lucky enough to get my hands on some local venison, so for at least the first week or so, I will be having venison and wild rice for dinner. As the project continues, I would like to include indigenous veggies and maple syrup and fish! I'm getting hungry just thinking about it! As for my exercise plans, that may all depend on the weather, since I always prefer to be outside. But, if it ends up being too darn cold out, I will go to the PEIF for at least 30 minutes of cardio. Otherwise, I will be walking, snowshoeing or cross-country skiing for at least an hour. I think that may be it for now, I am scheduling my physical for next week, so I will report on that when I have some info!
