Roasted Turkey

2 turkey breats or equivalent turkey parts (no additives/preservatives)

1/4 tsp salt

1 tsp dried sweet fern

1 cup water

Place turkey in roasting pan with water. Poke turkey with form in several places. Sprinkle salt and sweet fern on turkey and rub in. Cover and bake for about an hour to an hour and a half. Add more salt, sweet fern, and water if cooking larger portions of turkey.
